As a lifelong mentor to numerous young men and witnessing both their failures and successes in life, it quickly became apparent to me that fathers play a significant role in the lives of their children regardless of their actual physical presence. Dear Dad: Letters To A Fathers, has allowed many of these young men (now adult males) the opportunity to express their thoughts and concerns in the form of written letters. It is my hope that the contents of this book will serve as a catalyst for self-reflection, group discussions and workshops.
